    Common Challenges & Solutions

    Mind keeps wandering

This is completely normal! Gently acknowledge the thoughts and return to your focus point. Each time you notice wandering is actually a moment of awareness.

    Can't sit still

Try walking meditation or shorter sessions. Start with 5 minutes and gradually increase. Movement-based meditation can be just as effective.

    Feeling restless or anxious

Focus on longer exhales than inhales. Try grounding techniques like feeling your connection to the earth or counting breaths.

    Falling asleep

Sit up straighter, open your eyes slightly, or try meditating at a different time of day when you're more alert.

    Not feeling any benefits

Benefits often come gradually. Keep a meditation journal to track subtle changes. Consistency is more important than duration.
